my number one least favorite thing is one member of the fandom saying something someone created is better than something someone else created

it’s great to have opinions, and of course anything with your preferred ship is going to be better in your eyes than something with a ship you don’t like as much

but please keep in mind that everyone who creates things is equal in value, and that no one is objectively better than someone else. everyone puts in time and energy into their creations, and then has the bravery to share it, and everyone should be treated with respect for it

anyways my point is don’t say something is better just because you don’t like the other thing being compared
