To westerners watching Emara having some confusions on pale background characters, this lady, Zaina

is not a white westerner. She’s Lebanese, and the redhead is Egyptian. Many Arabs have blonde hair and fair skin, especially Lebanese, Syrians, and Palestinians. That said, many people in Dubai are westerners as well so there might be some outright caucasians in the background and it’s a normal every day sight.  I encourage you guys to watch the informal Arabic version of the show to pick up on dialects, I think it might be a fun experience for western audiences.
