aizawa doesn’t really do the whole giving out stickers to kids to get high grades bc they’re high schoolers and most kids don’t care about that anymore, but he does do it to the kids who he think needs a little more praise due to confidence issues. because of this, momo has a collection of various cat stickers with corny puns on them that aizawa-sensei has put on her various tests and papers.

-shinsou also gets them regularly. he’s a very good student and outwardly confident, but aizawa knows he has some definite confidence issues and hasn’t been praised much in his life. because he scores so high, he gets them in anything he does for aizawa’s classes, and he keeps all of them

-kouda gets them regularly. he’s more towards the middle of the class in terms of grades, but aizawa gives them to him whenever he scores well. it’s both encouragement and praise

-deku sometimes gets them, especially if aizawa thinks he’s having a hard week. aizawa gives them to him especially when deku gets in trouble, mostly as a way of reminding him that even if he’s in trouble, aizawa obviously doesn’t hate him.

-tsuyu and kirishima also sometimes get them, mostly if aizawa sees them having trouble/confidence issues. it happens a lot more after the internship arc, since they were both hit hard by that.

-he has a separate book of stickers to give to eri whenever she shows him anything. sometimes he doesn’t want to put them on drawings she makes him (because he doesn’t want to put it over the drawing) so he’ll just stick them on her forehead. she loves it.
